Pole to Pole Wine, where innovation meets precision in winemaking, was founded by two Master of Wine students from opposite ends of the globe—England and New Zealand. Known for their meticulous craftsmanship, Pole to Pole Wine has gained attention for creating precisely balanced wines. Their debut still wine, Fractal Sequence 001, achieved immediate cult status. It received critical acclaim, selling the first year’s allocation through ballot allocation on pre-release. This exceptional wine has been featured in numerous Michelin-starred and ‘World Top 50’ restaurants.
